What to Expect from AquaDuct Roof and Gutters

Respect. Honesty. Dedication to Excellence.

AquaDuct Roof and Gutters is committed to showing you how a roofing contractor should run. We value our customers, and vow to treat each and every one of you with the utmost respect. It all starts with openness and honesty.

When you reach out to us for a free detailed roof inspection, that's exactly what you will get. We will provide a detailed report of the condition of your roof, and provide pictures, videos, and written documentation of what we found.

If your roof is damaged, we will show you how and where, and help you through the next steps, whatever you choose to do. If your roof is in good shape, we will tell and show that to you. There is no point in making you replace your roof if it is in good shape.

We know if your roof is in good condition, and we tell you that, that you will remember how we treated you and call us the next time you have a concern about your roof.

If it is damaged, we will help you either replace it, or help you through the insurance process. AquaDuct will be with you, every step of the way. Expect clear communication before and during the process, and long after it is over.  We live where we work, so it is of the utmost importance to us to make sure you are satisfied with how you are treated.

Tips for a Sucessful Roofing Process

Number One:

Expect clear communication before, during, and the entire process

Number Two:

Ask questions! Your roof is one of the most expensive components of your home. Most homeowners never think about their roof until something has gone wrong. Use this opportunity to learn how a roofing system works, and make sure you understand and are comfortable during the entire process.

Number Three:

Prepare for your installation. We will load the new materials you have selected a day to a few days before your project starts. We typically deliver materials right to the top of your roof, so be sure to keep your driveway clear and accessible for our delivery drivers. We will inform you when materials are scheduled to arrive.

Number Four:

Be ready for installation day. We will work with you before starting your project to make sure you are ready. Re-roofing a house can be a very noisy experience. If you have a rooftop mounted satellite dish or internet service, understand that that will be interrupted while we are re-roofing your home. Prepare your home by making sure to keep pets in, removing valuables that may fall from your walls, and keeping your driveway clear so we can pull our dumpster right up to your home. While we clean up during and after the roofing project, there are a lot of nails involved, so it is a good idea for your car to be out of the driveway in case you need to go somewhere during the re-roofing. In fact, many of our customers are not even home during the roofing process.

Number Five:

Once your project is completed, we will schedule a final walkthrough with you. That includes photos and videos from your new roof, as well as a final sweep for any roofing materials that we may have missed the previous day during cleanup. If you have any questions or concerns, let us know. We pride ourselves on your satisfaction and look forward to serving you and your friends for any roofing needs. Welcome to the Duck Family!
